Who pays the creators? And when?
You fund the brief in escrow before creators start work. Payouts release automatically once a clip is approved and posted — usually within 72 hours. Creators get direct deposit to bank or PayPal.
What if a creator's clip underperforms?
You only pay for clips you approve. Every deliverable goes through your review queue first — if it's off-brief, you send it back for revision or reject it outright with no payout triggered.
Can I run Spark Ads on top of organic posts?
Yes. Every creator on lode pre-authorizes Spark Ads as part of their brief acceptance. One click in the dashboard and you're boosting their organic clip as a paid ad from their handle.
Do I keep ownership of the content?
You get a perpetual, royalty-free license to use approved clips in paid ads and owned channels. Creators retain ownership of their TikTok post on their profile — which is what makes it feel native.
